Development

When developing pistons for new internal combustion engines, the company focuses on improving their characteristics in the field of output, fuel and oil consumption, emissions, working life and reliability.
To address development tasks, it makes use of its hard-earned knowledge and experience with piston manufacturing and the frequent cooperation of its own design and technological development department with the Motor Vehicle Research Institute Ltd in Prague, and with the Technical University of Liberec.

For instance, our company developed pistons for TATRA engines which meet the requirements of the EURO IV Standard and, after their R&D, started production.

The company also developed pistons for tractor engine producers complying with the Tier 3 Standard.
